13% Spread In Container Handling Hints At 11th Deficit Widening To Come

Corp - Ports 887 Mode - Containerized 1481 Mode - Seaborne 1811 Trade Balance 933 U.S. 5332

Container handling at the top eight ports in the U.S. tracked by Panjiva indicate import growth of 8.8% in September outpaced a 4.5% drop in exports. Only Puget Sound was an outlier in that regard.
